Our Refund Policy


Our Refund policy

We do our best to supply goods that are high quality products and we hope they will give you many years of enjoyment. We appreciate that sometimes an item may need to be returned. We endeavour to provide excellent customer service with an easy, no-nonsense policy for the return of goods.

Changed your mind?

The Consumer Contracts Regulations, (CCR) of June 2014 specifies a 14 day ‘cooling off period’, during which time you may return your item(s) for a full refund, provided they are in a good, saleable condition with original packaging intact.

Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after the date you receive it.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels so recommend you use a recorded/tracked service.

Damaged or incorrect goods:

Please get in touch with us by email (fantasticanimals.uk@gmail.com) as soon as possible if anything is wrong with the item, you receive the wrong goods or if there is anything missing. 

Damaged goods should be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of receipt.

If the damage or error is no fault of yours and we accept responsibility for this, we will pay for the cost of return postage, and assist you accordingly with either a refund or exchange.

We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels so it is advised to send recorded delivery.
